Your invited user must meet both requirements before the invite counts.
The invited user must not leave the ZNE server before 7 days have passed.
The invited user must be a fellow raider or have a clear interest in raiding.

Send your invite link to someone who wants to be part of the ZNE raiding community.
Make sure your invite stays in the ZNE server for the full 7-day requirement.
